Face masks & cleaning your hands
You must wear a face mask unless you are exempt. Please use the hand sanitiser provided on your way in and your way out. QR codes must be scanned on arrival.
Facilities
There will be no refreshments provided so please bring your own bottle and keep it in your bag, along with your phone.
The bathroom is available and is cleaned after every us.
PPE & Thermometer
I will be in full PPE at all times and I will be taking your temperature with a contactless thermometer upon arrival.
Time
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are early, please wait in your car until I message to say it is safe to come in.
Numbers & Payment
Clients must come to their appointment alone, unless you have a carer or chaperone. Please bring correct payment or ensure you can pay via bank transfer.
Symptoms & COVID Vaccination
Please do not attend your appointment if you, or any of the people you live with, feel unwell or display symptoms. Please advice me as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment. If you have had the COVID vaccination please leave 5 days before your next appointment.
